Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery within a Global Capability Center (GCC).
This role is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery,



and collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects/programs.
Ensure delivery excellence with adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and oversee full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Establish and maintain solid delivery governance, including reporting, metrics, and reviews.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across projects.
Manage resource planning, allocation, and utilization across distributed teams.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
