About the Company

Indifi is a technology-first lending platform that has been solving the working capital problem for India's underserved small and medium businesses since 2015. Indifi combines data from multiple sources with credit modelling to assess businesses that traditional lenders often overlook, and connects them to the right lender from its own NBFC (Indifi Capital) and a network of partner banks and NBFCs - collateral-free, fast, and with minimal paperwork. Within Indifi, the Emerging SME team owns a newer, high-potential vertical: working capital and debt financing solutions built specifically for startups and growing businesses, filling the gap between venture debt and equity for early and growth-stage companies. This is a small, rapid-moving team operating with the mandate and pace of a startup inside Indifi.

About the Role

We're looking for someone to run point on growth for the Emerging SME (Startups) vertical, part growth operator. You'll own the full stack of what makes this vertical work day-to-day: the data behind it, the B2B marketing that fills the pipeline,



and the customer engagement that keeps founders moving through it. This isn't a role with a narrow lane, it's a role for someone who can look at a messy, undefined problem and figure out what needs to be built, automated, sold, or fixed to move the vertical forward, and then go do it. You'll work closely with startup founders directly, run B2B outreach and sales motions for high-turnover accounts, build and maintain the automations and workflows that keep the funnel running, and turn raw data into decisions the team can act on.

Responsibilities

Own the problem, not just the task. For any given goal, figure out what's actually needed - a new tool, a workflow fix, a data pull, a conversation with another team and figure out whether to build it yourself or pull in the right person internally to get it done.
