Break down job planning
Capital repair
Inventory control, reduction in maintenance cost
Inventory management and spare control and Spare procurement
Vendor Management
Breakdown Analysis & taking necessary corrective actions
Manage maintenance expenses within the budget allocated
Minimize shutdown due to mechanical maintenance delay
Manpower management
Material handling
