Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning.
Proven experience in providing L1/L2 production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and functional troubleshooting across Oracle HCM processes.
Robust understanding of Fusion Setup Manager (FSM)



configurations, business process configurations, and BPM workflow management.
Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessment, regression validation, and business readiness activities.
Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting to support operational and business reporting requirements.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent reviews, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
Experience supporting and coordinating integrations using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between HCM, Payroll, and downstream enterprise applications.

Good-to-Have
Exposure to Core HR, Learning, Absence Management, or Payroll modules.
Experience with HDL/HSDL data loads and mass data updates.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM security and role-based access controls.
