Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive / Sr. Account Executive to join the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities




Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Generate and qualify current business opportunities for the CRM platform
Conduct product demos and presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition of the product
Manage sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, and account information through CRM systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
