Responsibilities
Screen ink development & process standardization
SOP creation and implementation
Customer complaint handling & RCA
Trials and customer support
Driving product approvals and technical solutions
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Printing
Required Skills
Strong expertise in screen ink application & testing
Hands-on experience in formulation (water-based, solvent-based, UV/energy curing)
A systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage customer complaints, trials, and technical discussions
A collaborative team player ready to support business growth
Preferred Skills
