7+ years of experience in valuation, private equity, private credit, investment banking, transaction advisory, portfolio valuation, fund administration, or financial analysis.
Experience valuing private equity investments, private credit instruments, and complex securities preferred.
Familiarity with fair value measurement requirements under ASC 820, IFRS 13, and industry valuation guidelines.
Experience supporting alternative investment funds, asset managers, private equity firms, private credit funds, or valuation advisory practices is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Robust financial modeling and valuation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial models and scenario analysis.
Knowledge of valuation methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, yield curve analysis, and option pricing models.
Experience working with financial databases such as Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements and investment structures.
