Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly capable Oracle Functional Consultant to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, with a primary focus on Financials and a solid understanding of HCM and the broader Oracle stack.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex system concepts in clear, non-technical language to finance, HR, and leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Functional Analysis & Business Partnering
Act as a bridge between Finance, HR, and Technology teams to translate business needs into Oracle Fusion solutions.
Lead requirements workshops, design discussions, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
