Job Purpose:
A Strategic Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships across priority accounts while supporting the delivery of legacy, managed services, and technology and AI-driven solutions. The role bridges client engagement, internal commercial processes, and delivery teams, ensuring that Acuity’s solutions translate into measurable business value for key clients. Account Executives act as trusted partners, working closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM and analytics, and delivery teams to maintain strong account governance, identify growth opportunities, and support the successful delivery of Acuity Analytics solutions
