Diamars Fine Jewels is a manufacturer of high jewellery using gold, diamonds, and precious coloured gemstones.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Jewellery Production Planning & Costing Executive to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with robust knowledge of diamond sourcing, jewellery costing, and material planning who enjoys working closely with production and procurement teams.

Reporting To: Production Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for jewellery based on approved designs, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
Create detailed procurement requirement lists for diamonds and coloured gemstones based on approved cost estimates.
Shortlist suitable diamonds using RapNet in line with quality, size, and budget requirements.
Coordinate with the procurement team by providing sourcing recommendations and procurement support.
Prepare procurement reports and obtain necessary approvals before initiating procurement activities.




Issue diamonds and coloured gemstones from inventory to production orders while maintaining complete accuracy and traceability.
Maintain accurate records of stone movement, allocations, and inventory transactions.
Coordinate closely with design, production, inventory, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
Assist in monitoring material consumption and support inventory planning to minimise shortages and excess stock.
Prepare periodic reports related to costing, procurement requirements, and material issuance.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company processes for handling high-value materials.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
Formal certification in Diamond Grading from a recognised institute.
Minimum 3 years of experience in diamond sourcing, jewellery manufacturing, procurement support, production planning, or a similar role within the fine jewellery indus
