About Urban Company
Urban Company is a technology platform offering customers a variety of services at home. Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in November 2014, when its founders realized that the home services industry was largely unorganized, fragmented, and offline. Customers found it difficult to access quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals struggled due to reliance on multiple middlemen. The founders launched Urban Company to disrupt the industry with a focus on three key principles:

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Data Scientist at Urban Company, you will hold a critical role in elevating our data-driven capabilities and influencing the direction of our product development and business strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to real world data.
Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality. Designing and overseeing complex experiments to evaluate the impact of our team's work on the business.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, business teams, and marketing, to implement models and monitor outcomes
