What You'll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles
Reach out to prospective candidates and introduce them to career opportunities at Pepper Content
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities for new and existing team members
What We're Looking For
0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to perform effectively under deadlines and changing priorities
Willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities
