We are looking for a transformation-minded Senior Program Manager and Finance Portfolio Manager who can lead complex, cross-functional Finance and corporate operations programs from strategy through execution.
This role owns overall Finance portfolio management and reporting, partners closely with financial technology solutions on portfolio tooling improvements, and drives access to priorities, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. The role is also passionate about redesigning end-to-end workflows,



aligning senior collaborators, and delivering balanced transformation across process, policy, data, systems, safeguards, and company-wide change

What you'll get to do...
Lead Finance transformation efforts through complete processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report/Close-to-Report, People Operations-to-Payroll, as well as matters related to ownership interests, taxation, income management, cash management, and Accounting.
Work alongside leaders from Finance, Accounting, Tax, People, Legal, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Operations to craft future operating models, transformation strategies, and business priorities.
Host workshops to refine processes, policies, data, technology, controls, and organizational setup. Oversee projects from initial planning to completion, covering argument development, task prioritization, governance setup, participant engagement, value measurement, current
