Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML solution development. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing GenAI applications,



integrating LLMs into enterprise solutions, and mentoring a small team of AI engineers. This role requires a positive balance of coding, solution design, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
Build GenAI use cases such as intelligent chatbots, document summarization, content generation, recommendation engines, and workflow automation.
Develop applications using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other foundation models into business applications.
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Develop and optimize AI pipelines using Python and modern AI/ML libraries.
