The Senior Administrator provides hands-on day-to-day technical support for Windows & VMware systems at an experienced level. The scope of this position includes mission critical support for Windows & VMware servers, all of which are in our Global Datacenters and Regional Datacenters. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the following operational areas: support, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting,



and participating in technology driven projects to enhance our service.

Job Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and PKI/Certificate Services.
Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion..
Deploy and manage Microsoft Hyper-V clusters, failover clustering.
Perform EOL Windows Server upgrades, VMware ESXi/vCenter upgrades, and migration projects.
Implement and support disaster recovery solutions (Zerto, Veeam, Hyper-V Replica).
Apply system patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for complex server, virtualization, and Powerflex storage issues.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/PowerCLI for routine tasks and reporting.
