Manage high-value proposals supporting agencies such as IHS, VA, DHA, DOD, GSA and other Federal/SLED clients.

What You'll Do:
Lead the complete proposal lifecycle from chance assessment through final submission.
Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and writing plans.
Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitations to ensure full compliance.
Manage proposal writers, SMEs, recruiters, pricing teams, and other stakeholders.
Write, edit, review, and finalize proposal content, including management approach, staffing plans, recruiting strategy, quality assurance, transition plans, past performance, and key personnel sections.
Track proposal progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
Stay current with Federal procurement regulations, FAR guidelines, and proposal best practices.
