Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in test automation, functional testing, and test case design/execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise applications, be familiar with tools such as SAP, qTest, and Azure DevOps, and possess a continuous learning mindset to adapt to recent technologies and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create effective test scenarios.
Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.




Support UAT/ Production sanity test when required.
Generate and maintain testing metrics, reports, and quality dashboards.
Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Strong experience in creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
Working knowledge of SQL for Database querying, data analysis and validation.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management.
Experience working with enterprise applications and business processes.
Experience using qTest for test management.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for requirements, defect management and SAFe/Agile delivery.
