Job Description

Review and analyse technical specifications, bid documents,



and scope of work for AIS & GIS substations.
Identify technical requirements, deviations, risks, and value-engineering opportunities.
Ensure accurate interpretation of client requirements during the bidding cycle.
Base Design – review single-line diagrams (SLD), general layout drawings, section drawings, gas SLDs, and busbar configuration

for HV substations.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards, and internal engineering guidelines.
Manage end-to-end techno-commercial bid preparation for AIS/GIS substation projects.
Prepare pre-bid queries, scope definitions, technical clarifications, and commercial impact assessments.
Coordinate with clients, site teams, sales teams, and engineering groups to gather required inputs.
Lead, guide, and mentor the bidding/tendering engineering team.
Allocate workload, review deliverables, and ensure timely submission of bids.
Foster collaboration between engineering, sales
