We are a R&D; unit in Ericsson, building world class cloud-native based AI/ML big-data analytics software for telecom operators. We are looking for a dedicated, competent, dynamic and proactive individual having end to end cloud native product development experience in Python and ML.

What You Will Do

Backend Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, ensuring performant and productive systems.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of highly motivated developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance efficiency and quality.





What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. “All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”
8–12 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python.
Proficiency in Python & Django/Rest API/FLASK/FAST API.
Experience with Micro Servies architecture.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).
Experience with Data Scrubbing and ML Libraries – Pandas, NumPy.
Kubernetes and cloud computing – AWS/Azure/GCP.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automated testing.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Databases – MySQL, NoSQL.
Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.
