About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Data Products to lead the engineering charter for our next-generation Data Platform and AdTech initiatives.
This is a highly technical leadership role where you'll lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in architecture, system design, and engineering execution. You'll own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of our data platform and the applications built on top of it.
You'll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Distributed Systems, AI, and Product Engineering to build platforms that process massive-scale transactional data and power intelligent customer experiences.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and grow a high-performing team of 8–12 engineers across Data Engineering and Backend Engineering.
Drive the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale data platforms and customer-facing data applications.
Own the production reliability, scalability, latency, and operational excellence of mission-critical data systems.
Build and evolve up-to-date data platforms using data lakes,
