Africa is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a significant chance to establish a consistent, scalable go-to-market (GTM) approach across all operating companies. This role will build and standardize product launch toolkits, sales playbooks, and OEM co-marketing frameworks, enabling every OpCo to execute launches with greater confidence, speed, and impact.
As a strategic driver of product commercialization, this role will shape the GTM strategy for all 14 OpCos while strengthening OEM partnerships through structured planning and collaboration. By creating best practices and aligning cross-functional teams, this position will play a pivotal role in accelerating product adoption, improving execution excellence, and supporting Africa's long-term growth ambitions.

What you will do
1) Owns field enablement across all 14 Operating countries(OpCo).
2) Builds and maintains the use case library mapped to OpCo market realities.
3)



Leads product launch readiness (Sales Playbook, collateral, training).
4) Coordinates OEM co-marketing. Operationalizes product campaign engine from product factory output to market activation.
5) Ideates & coordinates creation of product playbooks, campaigns in a box,

Where do they come from:
1) B2B Tech SaaS or Telecom background.
2) Should have managed product launches, owned revenue KPIs, prior experience of managing stage gate process of product launches.
3) Should have worked in a Global environment & has strong experience in converting product features to value & use cases.
4) Should have done field sales enablement for a multi product environment.
5) Demonstrated experience in creating Sales playbooks, launching regional campaigns across email, events & social.
6) Strong coordination & collaboration bent of mind with experience of working on both technical & value-based content.
7) Familiar with MAPs, CMS too
