Network Engineer

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, focused on delivering high-quality network solutions and ongoing support for our clients. This role requires a robust technical foundation in enterprise networking, combined with a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing network projects, maintaining and optimizing client environments, and contributing to the use of repeatable processes aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. A passion for structured operations and continuous improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Support customer-focused network projects, including technical planning, execution,



and project-related discussions with customers.
Perform day-to-day network security support, including upgrades, patching, and policy tuning, primarily in Fortinet environments, Aruba and Cisco environments.
Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances.
Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document configurations, procedures, and build network diagrams.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated network and security issues.
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as needed.
Available for after-hours escalations and change windows.
Ability to multi-task, pivot quickly, and understand “sense of urgency.”
Support network-related projects such as firewall refreshes, upgrades, and client onboarding activities.
