Robust experience in SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Guided Buying).
Experience with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM, SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration.
Experience with APIs, IDOCs, CPI integrations, and procurement business processes.
Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Experience with ITSM tools and SLA-driven support environments.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
