Scope

Core responsibilities of implementation and possess strong technical knowledge in TMS solution to understand how the Blue Yonder solution can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes. Ownership of Blue Yonder Platform Integration with ERP System
Look at various angles of a Problem to identify the root cause to solve a Variety of problems. Promotes the same outlook in the Team.
Volunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate Team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thrive

What You’ll Do

Serves as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements




Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
Work with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realization.
Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs.
Provide variety of functional support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, workplace setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or
