SAP OpenText VIM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP OpenText VIM Consultant to lead OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation and rollout projects across Bunge's EMEA region. The role involves conducting business workshops, performing FIT-GAP analysis, designing end-to-end invoice management solutions, configuring OpenText VIM, supporting testing and UAT, preparing process and technical documentation, delivering user training, and driving change management. The consultant will work closely with business users, SAP FI/MM teams, and ECM teams to optimize Accounts Payable processes and support future rollouts.
