Overview
SSOE is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to lead and scale our India Engineering organization as a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting our U.S. business operations.
This role presents a unique chance to build and lead one of SSOE's key global engineering organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team, managing complex projects, strengthening technical excellence, fostering leadership capability, and establishing India as a trusted extension of SSOE's global delivery model.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Quality
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all engineering disciplines within the India office
Ensure consistent application of engineering standards, design procedures, quality processes, and best practices across all disciplines
Oversee implementation and maintenance of discipline-specific standards, workflows, templates, and quality management systems
Facilitate technical reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes for major projects and deliverables
Promote innovation, digital engineering, BIM, and emerging technologies
Stakeholder Management & Global Collaboration
Build trusted relationships with Engineering Leaders, Project and Operations Leaders, and Business Unit Leaders across SSOE's U.S. offices.
Participate in strategic planning and resource alignment discussions with U.S. stakeholders.
