Hiring: Head – Solar & BESS EPC Project Operations

We are looking for an experienced Head – Solar & BESS EPC Project Operations to lead the execution of utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across India

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end EPC project execution from engineering to commissioning.
Manage project planning, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and overall P&L.;
Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and grid connectivity.
Coordinate with clients, utilities, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Drive project profitability, risk management, contract administration, and resource optimization.




Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
15+ years of EPC project execution experience, with significant exposure to utility-scale Solar and BESS projects.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, contractual, and commercial acumen.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale renewable energy projects on time and within budget.
