About the Role
As an AI-Driven Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Nomni’s evolution into an intelligent, next-generation platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you’ll drive architecture, build AI-powered systems, and lead innovation across our product ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to embed AI into the core of our platform—unlocking smarter automation, real-time personalization, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
What You'll Do
Design and build AI-driven features and systems across Nomni’s platform
Lead by example through hands-on coding, architecture, and technical decision-making
Integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, automation, intelligent workflows) into production systems
Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver AI-first user experiences
Own system architecture across backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of high-impact systems
Drive rapid experimentation and prototyping of AI-powered solutions
Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards across the team
Partner with Data teams to turn data into real-time, actionable insights
Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience in building scalable systems
Strong expertise in backend development, APIs, and distributed systems
Experience or robust interest in AI/ML, LLMs, or intelligent automation
Proven track record of delivering complex systems from concept to production
Strong system design and cloud infrastructure experience
Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for building innovative, AI-powered products
