ABOUT THE ROLE
The Principal Officer (PO) will be accountable for overseeing the overall
activities performed by the IFSC entity including governance, regulatory
liaison, and end-to-end operational management of the Company’s capital market
activities in GIFT City (IFSC). This role ensures strict adherence to IFSCA
regulations while facilitating the business development and effective
functioning of the IFSC business.
The Principal Officer will supervise daily operations, act as the primary
regulatory liaison, and guarantee that the Company functions within a compliant,
well-controlled framework, effectively balancing regulatory mandates with
business objectives.
