Job Description
Project Coordination – Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Tender Management – Handle end-to-end tender processes including documentation,



submission, compliance checks, and follow-ups.
CRM Management – Maintain and update customer databases, track project leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
Vendor Management – Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely procurement and quality compliance.
Documentation & Export Support – Prepare and verify export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, LC documents, etc.) and coordinate with logistics for smooth dispatch.
Client Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, feedback, and project updates effectively.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Procurement, Production, and Finance to align project objectives.
Reporting & Administrative Support – Prepare MIS reports, track progress against KPIs, and assist in day-to-day administrative
