Nexthink Engineer is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform to proactively monitor endpoint health and enhance user experience. This role includes designing and maintaining dashboards and investigations, analyzing endpoint telemetry to identify trends and issues, and collaborating with Remote Desktop Support and IT Operations teams to improve service reliability. Additionally, the engineer drives automation and remediation initiatives using Nexthink campaigns, use cases, and remote actions, while delivering reports and providing recommendations to support operational activities
