Translate user insights and customer needs into design concepts,
journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, and InVision, ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standa
rds.Lead large design projects through complete product lifecycles — from early research and conception using Miro or Mural for team-oriented ideation, through development handoff via Zeplin or Abstract, release, and iterative refinem
ent.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including product managers, product owners, development engineers, and senior management using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to align on product vision, roadmaps, and design strat
