Role Description
We are hiring an Immigration and Visa Process Specialist with strong knowledge of global visa processes, immigration documentation, application workflows, and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling tourist, business, student, work, and dependent visa applications across multiple countries. They should be capable of guiding applicants throughout the visa journey, reviewing documents, coordinating with embassies, visa centers, and internal teams, while ensuring a smooth and compliant application process.




This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, process-driven, and comfortable working with applicants, immigration consultants, government portals, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end visa application processing for multiple countries.
Guide applicants through visa eligibility, documentation, and application requirements.
Review, validate, and verify visa application documents before submission.
Ensure applications comply with embassy and immigration guidelines.
Prepare and organize complete visa application packages.
Coordinate with applicants for pending documents and additional information.
Track application status and provide regular updates to applicants.
Manage appointments for biometrics, interviews, and document submission.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS, BLS, TLScontact, and other visa processing centers.
Maintain accurate applicant recor
