We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Consultant who can guide prospective students about professional career programs and help them choose the right learning path.
This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career goals, counseling prospects, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Consultation & Sales
Connect with leads assigned in CRM via calls and WhatsApp
Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs
Explain curriculum, career outcomes, placement support, and program benefits
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing
Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects
Share relevant program information, testimonials, and success stories
Ensure every qualified lead is nurtured effectively
CRM Management
Update call logs, follow-ups, and lead stages in CRM
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility
Demo & Counseling
Invite prospects to demo sessions or masterclasses
Address doubts related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain strong conversion rates through effective counseling and closing
Candidate Requirements
0–5 years experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable interacting with students and working professionals
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Self-driven with disciplined follow-up ability
