Role Summary
As a YouTube Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the YouTube growth strategy for client channels. You will work closely with brands and creators to identify content opportunities, platform trends, audience insights, and channel growth strategies while ensuring content aligns with the brand’s positioning and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
YouTube Growth Strategy:
Develop and recommend content strategies focused on increasing views, engagement, watch time, subscriber growth, and overall channel performance.
Content & Trend Advisory:
Identify trending formats, themes, creator styles, and content opportunities relevant to the brand and audience landscape.
YouTube Shopping & Commerce Strategy:
Guide brands and creators on YouTube Shopping integrations, affiliate-led content opportunities, product placements, and commerce-driven content strategies.
Performance Analysis & Insights:
Track and analyze channel performance metrics, including CTR, retention, watch time,



and audience behavior while sharing actionable recommendations.
Creator Collaboration:
Work closely with creators and internal teams for content ideation, campaign alignment, feedback, and optimization suggestions.
Platform & Competitor Research:
Stay updated with YouTube algorithm updates, competitor activities, emerging creator trends, and platform best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
2–3 years of experience in YouTube strategy, creator partnerships, or content growth.
Solid understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behavior, and content optimization.
Ability to identify viral trends, scalable content formats, and growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with creators, influencers, or digital-first brands is preferred.
Familiarity with tools like vidIQ, Google Keyword Planner, TubeBuddy, or AI-powered research/optimization tools is a plus.
