We're looking for an experienced Partner Advocacy professional who can build robust partner relationships, understand partner sentiment, and drive strategic initiatives that create long-term value for both partners and CtrlS.
Your Impact
As a Partner Advocacy Lead, you will strengthen partner engagement and drive successful partner relationships by:
Engaging with partners to understand their sentiment, gather detailed feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen the CtrlS–partner relationship.
Building long-term relationships with partners that support key business objectives and deliverables.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve partner concerns within defined timelines and ensure a seamless partner experience.
Leading Partner Advocacy Review meetings and driving strategic discussions with key partners.
Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
and executing partner campaigns aligned with business priorities.
Organizing partner events, conferences, and engagement initiatives effectively.
Leading and mentoring the Partner Advocacy team while aligning team objectives with organizational priorities.
Proactively identifying partner challenges and implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in Partner Advocacy, Partner Management, Partner Relations, or similar stakeholder-focused roles.
A proactive, go-getter mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to align QBR agendas with partner and business priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Ability to identify potential challenges, remove internal roadblocks, and drive strategic sol
