The Lease Administrator, Transactions Management role is critical in supporting the successful execution of high-volume transactions by managing the estoppel process. In addition to estoppels this role focuses on building scalable workflows that leverage technology and process improvements to drive efficiency across the Transactions team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the estoppel process from preparation through resolution for dispositions and financings.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, external customers, and deal counsel throughout the estoppel process.
Subject matter resource for investments and debt capital market teams regarding Link’s lease data.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance scalability and support high transaction volumes.
Contribute to updates to Standard Operating Procedures as processes and deal climate changes.
Work on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
Associates, Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Detail oriented, analytical, and robust organizational skills.
Demonstrate capability to consistently meet deadlines by efficiently managing time and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Familiarity with commercial real estate leases.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, knowledge of Yardi or MRI a plus.
