Hiring For:- SAP PPQM
Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5 to 10yrs

Must Have Skills:
Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in SAP PPQM module with positive AMS knowledge
On hand experience of SAP PP/QM (primarily skill)
should be aware of aware of different lot sizes, planning strategies and their working,
Batch management, MRP group and MRP profile, Batch management functionality
Quality Notification - basic idea, different inspection processes (basic)
Knowledge on IDOC
On hand experience of Support (AMS) activity, Ticket handling
Ticket handling in ServiceNow, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management (minor changes)
Team management
2+ years of Domain Functional Experience and SAP Certification
Tactical Thinking and the ability to execute successfully




Good Problem Solving and Communication Skills
ECC MM/APO integration knowledge
Continuous Improvements & Stakeholder management
Nice to Have Skills:
Team player and work with cross functional teams
Analytical skills and presentation skills
Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
To cater to tickets in ServiceNow – incident management, problem management (hands on)
Team management and ensuring work allocation to team, monitoring
Monitor, report SLAs, KPIs (team performance) and present to customer stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Work and drive continuous improvements in functional area
Drive the resolution of P1 (if any) and associated RCA, problem management
