What you’ll do
Build and scale backend systems powering AI-driven financial experiences
Design low-latency, high-throughput services that interact with ML/AI systems
Work on event-driven architectures and real-time decisioning systems
Collaborate closely with AI/ML, data, and product teams to productionize intelligence
Own systems end-to-end from design → deployment → iteration
Solve for context management, orchestration, and system reliability at scale

What we’re looking for
5+ years of solid backend engineering experience
Solid fundamentals in data structures, system design,



and distributed systems
Strong experience building scalable APIs and backend services
Hands-on with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and performance tuning
Experience with event-driven systems / async processing / streaming (Kafka, etc.)
Exposure to AWS and containerized deployments

You understand how to integrate backend systems with ML/AI workflows
You’re curious about LLMs, agentic systems, or AI infra (even if not an expert yet)
