* Own and support the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle (development,
configuration, and maintenance)
* Contribute to PLM upgrade initiatives (e.g., Windchill version upgrades)
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
into PLM solutions
* Configure and customize PLM workflows, lifecycles, and data models
* Coordinate with vendors and external partners for implementation and issue
resolution
* Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
* Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
* Provide user support, training, and documentation

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

* 5-7 years of experience in PLM domain
* Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill cloud hosting (preferred)
* Strong understanding of PLM concepts: BOM, Change Management, CAD
integrations




* Experience with system upgrades, migration, or cloud transformation is a plus
* Basic knowledge of Java, XML, or scripting (for customization)
* Familiarity with database systems (Oracle preferred)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations
* Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts
* Experience working in global teams
