Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads,



and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across BFSI and adjacent sectors. Daily activities include conducting market research, understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering product presentations, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inbound and outbound leads, support contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handover to account management and customer success teams. The role involves frequent communication with stakeholders, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback to internal teams on market trends and competitive positioning.
