Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Level2

Job Responsibilities
Provide proactive helpdesk support for inbound customer service requests.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Handle incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 support teams.
Perform technical analysis of incidents and review ticket history.
Utilize knowledge bases, log files, and remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Create, update, and maintain tickets with accurate information.
Assist field service technicians by providing technical guidance and spare-part recommendations when remote resolution is not possible.
Identify recurring issues and prepare reports for management.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills
Service Desk / Technical Support experience.
Basic knowledge of:
SQL
Networking




PowerShell
Command Prompt (CMD)
Computer Hardware Components
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
User profile management.
System performance troubleshooting.
Office 365 application support.
Active Directory
Networking Fundamentals, Jump Server Concepts, TCP/IP Fundamentals
Desktop/Laptop hardware troubleshooting
Components identification and replacement guidance
Printer and peripheral support
Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written and verbal).

Qualifications
Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
2–6 years of relevant experience in Service Desk Support or Technical Support.
Mandatory experience working with global clients or Retail Domain.
Needs to work in Rotational shift.
