About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and driving AI innovation from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.
Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP)



servers and AI tool integrations.
Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.
Integrate AI models using REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making.
Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
6–10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
