Designing View for Parking app using OpenGL technology for Japanese car OEM.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies based on system and software requirements
- Review requirements and author detailed, structured test cases
- Participate in requirements or test cases reviews in cross-functional meetings or individually
- Coordinate testing activities within the QA/testing team
- Execute assigned manual test cases and document results accurately
- Report test execution status, progress, and defects regularly to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, especially SWE.6
- Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage
- Work with test benches including power supplies, Vector CANoe, ECUs, and perform hardware harness modifications
- Create and maintain the Software Test Plan throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage defects using ticketing systems (tracking, prioritization, follow-up, closure)
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe for automotive validation and testing
- Experience with automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet, along with UDS diagnostics, DTC analysis, and ECU flashing
- Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM DOORS or Codebeamer
- Robust understanding of ASPICE processes (SWE.4, SWE.5, SWE.6)
- Experience in end-to-end manual testing and validation lifecycle including test execution, smoke, regression, and re-testing
- Experience in IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) system testing
- Experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments
- Experience with QNX or Linux-based embedded automotive systems
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification OR proven usage experience
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- CAPL scripting for CAN-based test automation
- Python / C++ / C# / Java scripting experience
- Version control tools such as Git
- Experience with NI TestStand automation frameworks
