About this Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Lead to coordinate and enhance Sales Operations governance and cadence for Vodafone Business UK. This role plays a key part in enabling effective pre‑sales performance by driving process excellence, stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency across the Request‑to‑Cash cycle. The individual will ensure alignment to sales strategy, promote digitalisation of processes, and maintain an organised, insight‑driven operating rhythm across Business Pre‑Sales.

Ensure all timelines, deliverables and KPIs are communicated clearly and met consistently.
Coordinate cross‑functional Sales Operations activities and improve operational alignment across teams.
Develop and implement pre‑sales domain strategies, best‑practice frameworks and training for teams.
