The Role: AI-Assisted Sales Manager

Every successful person on the planet is selling something. A wealth manager sells confidence in their portfolio management. A teacher sells curiosity. A founder sells a vision to investors. Reading people, building trust, and moving them to act is the single most useful skill across any career.

Nurture relationships - that lead to trust and repeat business.
Understand hidden problems with empathy allowing you to identify and close large transactions
Sell with an AI copilot: The AI handles research, follow-ups, and data - you focus on what really matters: understanding the customer and closing.
The Highlights:
Who we want: Zero experience required. Open to any degree. We just need deep empathy, high IQ/reading comprehension (to communicate with AI), and charisma.
Compensation: ₹4.2 LPA base + variable for fixed employees. ₹30,000/month during 2-month probation).
