Install and commission cleaning machines and electric vehicles (EVs) at customer locations.
Perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
Diagnose and resolve service complaints and breakdowns within the defined turnaround time.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and uptime.
Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and customer service records.
Coordinate with customers to provide timely technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company safety standards, service procedures, and quality guidelines during all service activities.
