We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and evolution of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions supporting employees across Dyson's global organization. You will define platform standards, design scalable solutions, drive AI-powered workplace automation, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver secure, innovative, and high-performing digital workplace solutions.

The role is onsite in Bangalore for 5 days a week.

Your tasks

Defining the enterprise architecture, governance model, and strategic roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Designing scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 integrations
Leading workplace automation initiatives and architecting integrations with enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and HR systems
Establishing security, compliance, application lifecycle management, and platform governance standards across the Power Platform ecosystem




Collaborating with global stakeholders while mentoring development teams and driving the adoption of AI-powered workplace solutions

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of qualified experience in enterprise application delivery, including at least 4 years as a Power Platform Architect or Lead Consultant
Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform governance, and enterprise solution architecture
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise integrations, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management
Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions, provide technical leadership, and collaborate effectively with global business and technology stakeholders
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
Fluent English - minimum B2 level, C1 preferred

Experience implementing AI-powered workplace solutions using Microsoft Copilot
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and digit
