In this role, you will build and lead a small, hands-on team responsible for creating an internal Data & Analytics Platform that powers how the company designs and operates solutions for warehousing and supply chain. The team operates with a product mindset, developing reusable analytics models, automated workflows, internal tools, and standardized playbooks that are consumed by Sales, Solutioning, Deployment, and Operations squads. You will own the outcomes of this platform end-to-end—quality, adoption, delivery speed, and continuous improvement—and will be expected to personally contribute when the team is blocked, quality is at risk, or critical analytics and automation capabilities need to be built.




Responsibilities
Build & Own the Data & Analytics Platform: Build and operate an internal Data & Analytics Platform that delivers reusable models, tools, and automated workflows to support solution design and operational decision-making across Sales, Solutioning, Deployment, and Operations squads.
Standardize & Scale Solutioning Workflows: Turn recurring analyses (e.g., sizing, throughput modeling, layout evaluation, performance reporting) into standardized, scalable capabilities, progressively reducing manual effort through automation and self-service.
Hands-on Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership on analytics architecture, modeling, and automation; personally contribute when critical capabilities need to be built or when delivery quality and timelines are at risk.
