Job Summary:
Chargebee is looking for an inspirational Senior Staff Engineer to build the next-generation AI-powered CPQ. This role will shape how customers create quotes, automate sales processes,



and interact with Chargebee using AI. This team builds best-in-class native CPQ that integrates with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, simplifying sales workflows.
This role requires a blend of robust technical expertise, exceptional system design skills, an AI-Native view, and a passion for leading and mentoring engineering teams. As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will oversee the development and delivery of key product features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of innovative, customer-focused solutions. Your role will involve both architectural and thought leadership and hands-on technical contributions to ensure the team delivers scalable, high-quality products that meet business objectives.
